Salsa Level 1 (Beginners Class)
For those with no Salsa experience.

Style: Linear Salsa on 1 (also known as L.A. Style)
This introductory course, run over 6 weeks, is designed for people who have never danced Salsa before. No dance experience or partner is necessary. You will learn all the basics from the ground up, and we will get you grooving on the dance floor in no time.
Salsa dancing is a great way to build confidence, exercise the body, and enjoy the Latin rhythms from South America.​
The style we teach is Salsa on 1, it is one of the most popular dance styles of salsa in the world, you can literally dance it anywhere at any Salsa congress or social dance night around the world. It is also affectionately known as L.A. style salsa, which stands for Los Angeles style salsa, paying homage to how the style was popularised in Los Angeles, and borrowed ideas heavily from other dance styles popular on the West Coast of America.

Salsa Level 2 & Introduction to Ballroom Latin American
For dancers with some experience.
Classes can be joined any week.
Style: Linear Salsa on 1, Cha Cha Cha, Rumba
If you have successfully completed our beginners course and are ready for the next challenge then this is the class for you. This class builds and extends on the fundamental principles of our beginners course. We aim to improve your social dance repertoire and confidence.
Alongside Salsa we also introduce some of the Ballroom Latin American dance styles, such as the Cha Cha Cha and the Rumba.
During 2026 we will be working on a Rumba choreography to be performed at the Con Caruso Christmas party.

Salsa Levels 3 to 5 (Intermediate to Advanced)
For ambitious dancers.

If you have some experience in salsa and are looking to improve both your performance skills and social dance repertoire, this class is for you! Come and learn a fun combination or footwork sequence alongside building up technical and foundational dance knowledge.
This class covers a variety of abilities, however our attentive instructors provide an invigorating and unique learning experience for everyone.

Salsa Levels 6,7 & Performance Choreography
Available only via Private Lessons.
Please note: Limited spots available, priority given to students that regularly attend classes.
Style: Salsa, Bachata, Cha Cha Cha, Rumba
These lessons are for hard core Salsa dancers, ideally suited to those looking to perform or compete nationally or on the international stage.
